You saw it here during the "Around the World" blog hop, and I know you thought I would never get to it. LOL!!!
Remember this one?
Heart Flowers.
It's from Carol Seeley over at Fun Thread Designs.
All quilted up.
I went to my hand dyes for this quilt.
Each and every block a contrast, even if only a little.
I had these big colorful buttons and I just couldn't help but use them.
Yo-yo's made a perfect background for them.
Thanks Carol for such a fun pattern. It looks great hanging in my sewing room!

ReplyDeleteJoan, Another fabulous finish. The contrast in the blocks is just the needed ticket. The buttons are perfect, too. I didn't notice all those neat yoyos - good idea! The quilting is wonderful to make the flowers pop. At first, I thought it was trapunto. Thanks for sharing a great quilt, where to find the pattern, and they have freebies to check.
