Spring has sprung...the daffodils are in full bloom.
I've got dandelions in my yard already.
Really??? Why are they, the one thing that this girl
can grow better than no other????
Yes, while I should be outside dealing with those blasted dandelions...
I choose to hide out in the quilt cave and do a little pattern testing
for my friend Carol over at "FunThreads".
Meet "Flutter"
Is she not, just the cutest?
So bright and cheery, and so easy to put together.
Even a novice and accomplish this, in little time.
The center and circles are fusible applique, so it's quick and easy.
If you would like more info on this brand new pattern

Well now...I guess I have to quit putting off the inevitable
and deal with the yard work.
Hummm... I did see a recipe online recently for dandelion jelly.
Maybe I should go back down and just sew some more!
LOL!!!!
Til next time...
Keep on Stitchin'
That is a cute pattern
ReplyDeleteIf you don't look the dandelions aren't really there. That's my husbands method LOL. So you can keep sewing:)
ReplyDeleteThank you for testing my pattern!!
This is a sweet quilt and of course I love the colours and the quilting.
ReplyDeleteThe yard can wait!
cute butterfly, for some reason it made me think of the old peacock logo on TV, was it CBS or NBC? I can't remember... maybe it's just early and I need more coffee ;)
ReplyDeleteVery cute and the quilting looks like wind blowing the dandelion seeds all around!
