It's my day to share, in the "Born to be Wild" blog hop.
This month's theme brings up all kinds of images in my mind. If you read my post the other day, you saw what the wildlife in my house looks like these days! LOL!!
"Sew" for this hop, I turned to "Sew Cute Critters" by Cindy Taylor Oates for my project.
These little critters in their "wild" colors just make me smile.
There is "Sunny" the Squirrel
"Bella" the Bunny
"Fenwick" the Fox
"Finn" the Frog
"Ryker" the Raccoon
"Kallie" the Kitty
"Maya" the Mouse
"Pierre" the Puppy
"Miles" the Monkey
"Gordon" the Giraffe
"Brody" the Bear
"Olivia" the Owl
As I was framing the blocks in my photo program, I couldn't help but think, what a fun nursery set these guys would be. Individual blocks framed on the walls and the quilt on the crib.
Oh my mind is spinning now....That's what these hops do to us.
LOL!!
Maybe the next "Grandie"...
But until then, it's all about this little "Sweet Pea" and me.
A big round of applause to Carol, at "Just Let Me Quilt" for inspiring us all to reach for the "wild" we were born to be.
