Some days life feels like your stuck in a jungle, doesn't it?
Well, put those worries away and sit back and enjoy the lighter side of things.
My project is called
"It's a Jungle Out There" by Angies Bits and Pieces.
These guys were traced onto fusible a very very long time ago. I'm so glad these hops give me a reason to get them out of the project pile and into the completion pile!
These bright and cheery critters, just make me smile.
The border was some serious scrap busting. When you don't have enough fabric, you have to become very creative.
I'm glad I kept all those small scraps. Without them I would have never been able to make the little churn dash blocks needed for the length and width. Some people say I'm crazy, but it's times like this, that I am glad I never throw away anything.
The quilting was done with a pantograph called "Beau Jangles" from Urban Elementz.
It's really fast and fun to stitch out.
I had a little adventure last weekend that reminded me of a jungle, of sorts.
15 acres of sunflowers and wild flowers.
What a great time walking through the fields, cutting flowers for our buckets.
Brother was happy riding the tractor, his new favorite word right now!
It was unicorn day and my little sweet pea had a great time.
We all brought home beautiful arrangements.
Now, go visit my fellow bloggers and see what's roaming around in their jungle.

Next month...
I will be back and hosting the "Bee Kind" blog hop.
Challenge...September is the time to remember that a little kindness
goes a long way. Share your “kind” projects. Your favorite charity project, a
free online pattern or anything that shows you spread a little kindness,
everywhere you go. But that's not all, anything with a Bee on it, fits this challenge!
Shoot me an email if you want to play along!
til next time...
